Invested in OUR future.
Carrier Capital is an activist investor corporation. We actively engage towards maximizing shareholder value by monetizing our companies’ intrinsic value.
…a management committee always wants to see the metrics before they allow you to launch new ideas. Since, by definition, new ideas don’t have metrics, the result is that great ideas tend to be stillborn (…) today…
– excerpt from the book It’s your ship by Captain D. Michael Abrashoff
At Carrier Capital, we believe in putting one foot in front of the other. We believe in companies that have been around for decades, even centuries, and have proven to their investors that they have got what it takes to not only survive financial crises and recessions, but to emerge from them stronger than ever before.
Chi va piano, va sano, e va lontano.
– Italian proverb
Carrier Capital provides its companies with long-term capital, thus enabling them to redirect their energy and resources from satisfying Wall Street analysts towards the creation, implementation, and constant re-evaluation of a long-term strategy.
Companies we are invested in
Careful consideration of new technologies, monitoring the competitive landscape and its so-called disruptive forces, and entering joint-ventures and other forms of cooperation will play an important part in securing and strengthening profitability in the long run.
As a result, our companies will be able to sustain the steady dividend payout policy they have adhered to in the past. This is how our investing partners and us make money.
Our work is focused on meeting our clients' needs
We offer quality services with seamless communication and have developed a strong reputation for efficiency and reliability. We strive for excellence on a daily basis and expect nothing less from our companies.
